Adam was born Dec. 8, 1973, in Bartow County, the son of Lillie and Joe'L Huskins and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his parents, Lillie and Joe'L Huskins of Cartersville, two brothers and sisters in law, Eric and Brandy Huskins of Rydal, Jeremy and Lacey Huskins of Cartersville, nephews, Hunter and Luke Huskins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Delia Huskins and Clark and Ruth Collum.
A special thank you to caregivers, Frances Collum, Jeannie Childers, Darlene Dover and Ann James.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Huskins and Rev. Donnie Summey officiating.
Burial will follow in White Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 until 9 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Timmy Huskins, Randy Huskins, Troy Hufstetler, Joey Deams, Ram Man Atchley and John Atchley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Allan Huskins, Kevin Collum, Shane Bramblett and Jody Collum.
Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, is in charge of the arrangements.
