Mr. Chadwick was a graduate of Cass High School class of 1975 and was a machinist in the petroleum industry. He is preceded in death by son, Jason Chadwick, and father, James Clement Chadwick.
Survivors include son, James Randall Chadwick of Kingston; mother, Katie Wheeler Chadwick of Ellijay; brothers and sisters-in-law, Eddie (Ed) Chadwick of Arkadelphia, Ark., Stan Chadwick of Ellijay, Tim and Amanda Chadwick of Talking Rock; several nieces and nephews; most special friend, Phyllis Gibbs of Kingston.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9, from the Mount Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Robbie Chastain and Rev. Tim Chadwick officiating, music and vocals by the Mount Zion Baptist Church Choir. Interment will follow in the Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends following the funeral service at the church.
