Old business on the agenda will include city engineer John Sweitzer discussing water and sewer rates.
In May, the city received the preliminary results from a 2010 audit that suggested the city raise water rates.
City Manager Jane Richards said there would be discussions with the city's engineer and attorney before considering a rate increase.
In other business:
* The council will vote on setting the property tax rate, which remains at 20 mills.
* The council will vote on an intergovernmental agreement with Bartow County concerning upcoming Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax projects.
* The council will vote on a sales tax resolution to partner with the Georgia Department of Revenue.
