There are two White City Council seats up for election this year -- the seat occupied by Lavonda Roberts and the vacant seat left by Andy Heath.
The qualifying period will be Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 8:30 a.m. and will end Friday, Sept. 2, at 4:30 p.m. at city hall, 19 West Rocky St., White. The qualifying cost is $27.
