Kilgore was already in custody at the Bartow County Jail for an incident that had occurred Aug. 5 at a Pine Grove Road residence.
Kilgore has been charged with rape, aggravated assault, battery, false imprisonment, burglary and obstruction of an emergency phone call, all in connection with the July 14 home invasion.
