* Valerie Jaye Achord, 47, of 178 Georgian Terrace, Calhoun, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to drive within a single lane, open container in vehicle, DUI and drugs to be kept in original container.
* Luis Antonio Alvarez, 23, of 1116 N. Tennessee St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without license.
* Cesar Alonso Celis, 49, of 11 Quail Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with removing or affixing plate to conceal vehicle identification.
* Kenneth Lethaniel Denny, 46, of 1498 Highway 411, Cartersville, reported to the jail on a probate court bench warrant for failure to appear.
* Robert Vincas Haynes, 22, of 119 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
* Andrea Karin Heymans, 31, of 21 Brookside Court, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Hayley Danielle Hyde, 19, of 937 Euharlee Road, Lot 17-B, Cartersville, was arrested by Euharlee police and charged with two counts of probation violation.

* Jo Ann Moore, 52, of 220 Parkview Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with two counts of battery under the Family Violence Act.
* Ivy Marie Nicholson, 25, of 890 Ward Mountain Road, Kingston, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Mark Allan Noonan, 31, of 165 Birch Trail, Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
* Phillip Ray Sharp Jr., 31, of 6090 Skyview Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with public indecency.
* Jennifer Lee Watts, 22, of 378 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

* Keith Franklin Brumbaugh, 26, of 460 East Baxter, Delon Springs, Fla., was arrested and charged with failure to drive within a single lane, driving while license withdrawn and open container in vehicle.
* James Michael Day, 24, of 317 Clear Creek Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to stop for stop sign.
* Alexander Levon Gallegos, 31, of 34 Montgomery St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery.
* Amy Nicole James, 37, of 438 Gold Crossing, Canton, was arrested and charged with stalking under the F.V.A. and criminal trespass (F.V.A.).
