Oct. 5

* Zachary Wade Biddle, 17, of 814 County Road 880, Valley Head, Ala., was arrested and charged with three counts of terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act.

* George Ellis Craig, 17, of 21 1st St., Emerson, was arrested by a board of education officer and charged with obstruction of an officer, disorderly conduct and loitering at or disrupting schools.

* William Alfred Gick, 57, of 803 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

* Jennifer Lynn James, 42, of 24 Meadow View Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with forgery and theft by deception.

* Michael Tyrone James Jr., 23, of 351 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

* Wendy Denise Pollock, 43, of 14 Sherman Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Dewayne Turner, 36, of 351 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

Oct. 6

* Burton James Fortner, 29, of 764 Johnson Mountain Road, Rydal, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and possession of methamphetamine with intent.

* Earl Harold Frank Jr., 25, of 2247 Brownsville Road, Powser Springs, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and driving without license.

* Delilah Michelle Jones, 32, of 415 Richards Road, White, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.

* Zachary Shawn Wolff, 25, of 72 Massell Drive, Apt. 223, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
