Jeff Shinall, BCRD program coordinator, said he is hopeful the all stars will represent the county well at the district competition.
“We’re just looking to try to advance,” he said. “We’ve had some success in the past.”
Bartow County spectators are invited to support the teams when they compete in Calhoun. All of the soccer games will be played at River Park.
There is a $3 charge for adults and $1 for students to attend the games.
Concessions also will be available while the games are being played.
“It’s a well-run tournament,” Shinall added.
