* Harold Wayne Barley, 53, of 407 Stonewall St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery under the F.V.A.
* Wesley Allen Barnett, 22, of 27 Wingfoot Trail, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Lauren Ashley Baxter, 26, of 17 Covered Springs Road, Rome, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of schedule II with intent and possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes.
* Jessica Danielle Blackmon, 22, of 107 Dean St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
* Melinda Sue Blackmon, 19, of 650 Sugar Valley Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with burglary.
* Douglas Ray Bradfield, 22, of 168 South Blvd., Smithfield, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
* Frank Norman Carbone, 50, of 2645 Gilbert Branch, Doraville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Carroll County.
* Consuela Shantell Earwood, 34, of 790 Swan Lane, Canton, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of schedule II with intent, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, possession of methamphetamine by ingestion and possession of marijuana by ingestion.
* Jonathan Lee Earwood, 27, of 790 Swan Lane, Canton, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent.
* Edward Larry Graves, 40, of 1 Pine Vista Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation and possession of methamphetamine with intent.
* Sarina Maria Hanson, 21, of 1341 Avon Ave., Atlanta, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
* Patricia Richards McClendon, 64, of 108 Aztec Way, Acworth, was arrested and returned to make bond.

* Pacino Hallan Porter, 36, of 107 Meadow Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with armed robbery, intimidation, taking control of substance; hijacking a motor vehicle; kidnapping; simple assault; theft by taking motor vehicle; driving while license withdrawn; and failure to drive within single lane.
* John Edward Rodefer Jr., 45, of 93 McTier Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the F.V.A.
