• Daniel Wayne Burnley, 31, of 112 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
• Rita Arlene Chandler, 42, of 19 Magnolia Place, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.
• Carlton Henry Solomon Coker, 24, of 370 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with reckless driving, racing and passing in a no passing zone.
• Howard Dean Coots, 48, of 15 Alexander Drive, Rome, was arrested by a probation officer on an agency assist.
• Alan Allison Davitte, 46, of 87 Planters Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Euharlee police and boarded at the jail.
• Johnny Carl Eason, 36, of 57 Bishop Mill Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation.
• James Fitzgerald Fezzia, 47, of 8 Wingfoot Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine.
• Jessica Ravon Frankum, 29, of 200 Keeter Road, Canton, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Kenneth Michael Henson, 36, of 52 Richards Road, White, was arrested by a probation officer on an agency assist for Polk County.
• Salvador Alejandro Hernandez, 39, of 19 Magnolia Place, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with battery (F.V.A.).
• Dedra Ann McNeily, 49, of 7 Mary St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule IV.
• Kyle James Pulliam, 21, of 14 Bronco Court, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with reckless driving, improper passing and racing.
• Alvin Frank Reitan, 52, of P.O. Box 241, Ness City, Kan., was transported to the jail on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.
• Gaudencio Romero Santos, 36, Homeless, was transported to the jail and charged with failure to appear.
• Tammy Yvette Seitz, 43, of 357 Martin Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
• Ronald Eugene Talley, 18, of 655 Euharlee Five Forks Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Carlos Antonio Tate, 40, of 1513 Kingston Drive, Kannapolis, N.C., was arrested and charged with probation violation.
• Joshua Wayne Tucker, 17, of 187 Stone Forest Road, Woodstock, reported to another agency to serve a probate court sentence.

• John Neal Jefferson, 50, of 3019 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, violation of window tint law and possession of cocaine.
• Joseph Jeremiah McGinnis, 36, of 51 Stiles Court, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Floyd County.
• Cody Wayne Singleton, 22, of 559 Cassville Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve 24 hours for drug court.
• Takowa Danielle Sutton, 20, of 630 Cline Road, Resaca, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
