Mr. and Mrs. George Bell resided in Powder Springs for over 50 years. Other Survivors include three sons and their wives, George R. Bell Jr. and Janice Bell of Conyers, Oliver M. Bell and Suzanne Bell of Adairsville, Philip N. Bell and Leigh Bell of Canton, one daughter, Patricia A. Rizer and husband Charles Rizer of Cartersville. eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 6:30 p.m. at Glade Road Baptist Church in Acworth. Rev. Charles Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers a love offering in memory of George R. Bell Sr. may be given to Glade Road Baptist Church Children's Church Ministries.
