Nov. 26

* Henry Edgar Brooks, 60, of 126 Dog Lane, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act.

* Dawn Michelle Carter, 43, of 1116 N. Tennessee St., Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

* Amein Figuero, 31, of 4013 Harmony Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Isiah Manuel Figueroa, 19, of 102 Burnt Hickory Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Angie Nichole Franks, 30, of 413 Somerset Club Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* Janet Lynell Givens, 49, of 58 Red Top Circle, Emerson, was arrested and charged with simple battery (F.V.A.).

* Zachary Anthony McCloud, 21, of 5103 Waterfront Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.

* Nathaniel Colby Sims, 20, of 413 Somerset Club Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* Cyrstal Marie White, 20, of 9 Young St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery (F.V.A.).

Nov. 27

* Timothy Raburn Farmer, 51, Homeless, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

* Michael Lee Leonard, 48, of 101 Woods Way, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.

* John Christian Rutledge, 38, of 58 Live Oak Run, Cartersville, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Luther Carl Thompson, 32, of 31 Middleton Court, Cartersville, was arrested on a probate sentence.
