Memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Cartersville.
She was educated in the Etowah County School System.
Joyce and her husband Harry Moore relocated to Cartersville in 2000.
They joined the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She was an active member in the The First Ward Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister; Jenice and two brothers; Tommy and Jerome.
She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband; one son Anthony Coughley, brothers; James Smith, Allen Smith, Terry Lowe and Bruce Lowe, three grandchildren; Katelyn, Ashley and Dant'e Coughley, aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
