Louise Rice Guyton, 89, a native of Cartersville and long time resident of Acworth and St. Simons Island, passed away Dec. 1, 2011. Mrs. Guyton was the daughter of the late Elmon S. and Gladys King Rice of Cartersville. Mrs. Guyton was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Wofford O. Guyton. Mrs. Guyton is survived by one son David Lynn Guyton Sr. (Cheryl), three grandchildren, David Guyton Jr., Stephanie Swift, Clinton Hargrove (Barbara) and five great-grandchildren, Dylan Guyton, Griffin Hargrove, Bailey Hargrove, Peyton Hargrove and Katelyn Swift.
