Bartow County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man after he allegedly drove into the side of a friend's residence in Rydal and shot chickens in the man's backyard.

According to the report, the man who rents a home from the offender said he and his brother were talking with the offender when he became angry over being called a "liar." The two brothers and a woman on the front porch claimed that the offender threatened to physically harm one of the men, saying he would "be dead in 30 days."

The witnesses then said the offender drove his vehicle into the porch twice and then began shooting chickens in the victim's chicken coop behind the residence before he fled from the area.

The suspect was later arrested and charged with terroristic threats, reckless conduct, simple battery and criminal trespass.
