Mrs. Jacobs was born Aug. 1, 1957 in Torrance, Calif., the daughter of the late Charles and Hazel (Register) Gallegos, was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Jana Topper.
Surviving is her husband, Ray Jacobs, a brother, Mark Gallegos, her brother in law, Charles Jacobs, sisters in law, Wanda Hensen, Jackie Hightower and Faye Callahan.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.
Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, Ga., is in charge of the arrangements.
