Mr. Rifkind was born April 11, 1953, a son of the late Mac Rifkind.
He was employed as an advertising-marketing executive and is survived by his wife, Carlee Bell of Roswell; his mother, Shirley S. Rifkind of Boca Raton, Fla.; and one brother, Rory Rifkind, also of Boca Raton.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, from the Chapel of the Owen Funeral Home with Rabbi Steve Lebew officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday.
