Mr. Rifkind was born April 11, 1953, a son of the late Mac Rifkind.
He was employed as an advertising -- marketing executive and is survived by his wife, Carlee Bell, of Roswell, his mother, Shirley S. Rifkind, of Boca Raton, Fla., and one brother, Rory Rifkind, also of Boca Raton.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 15, from the Chapel of the Owen Funeral Home with Rabbi Steve Lebew officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Bell, Drew Bell, Dick Wallace John Prange, Arthur Soulis Jr., and Bill Knox.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 to 2p.m. Sunday.
