* George Barry Casey, 41, of 34 Milam Bridge Road, Euharlee, was arrested and charged with DUI.
* Stephanie Ann Cervantes, 20, homeless, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer.
* Randy David Cox, 29, of 2855 Ga. Highway 20, Lot 8-A, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and possession of tools for the commission of crime.
* Kenneth Wayne Danley, 43, of 108 Ravenwood Drive, Rockmart, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Gilmer County.
* Francis Millard Farmer, 42, of 330 Clear Creek Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail on a Superior Court sentence.
