D'Urbano nutmegged the goalkeeper with his header, scoring on a free kick that was crossed.
Cartersville coach D.J. Paradis credited both sides in a game that came down to a single play in the Canes' favor.
"We played a strong defensive battle. Both teams fought hard, and we were very lucky to come out on the winning side," Paradis said. "It could've gone either way. It was just two great teams that stepped on the pitch and played with their heart."
Cartersville's next match is scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday as it hosts Northgate.
