She was a 46-year resident of Kennewick, Wash. Born May 18, 1923 in Omaha, Neb., to the late Frank L. and Hannah Cummings. Elaine was very proud of her family and her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She was predeceased by her parents; stepmother, Agnes Cummings; and her husband, Paul L. Moore.
She leaves to cherish her memory six loving daughters, Carol Lubell (Jerry), Diane Jones (Ron), Marilyn Montanez, Debbie Little (Jon), Julie Elbon (Jeff) and Terrie Morrison; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
