She was born in Santa Rosa, Calif., Sept. 2, 1957, daughter of the late Robert Douglas Holcomb and Marie Murphy Holcomb. Mrs. Holcomb was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Hall Station Road in Adairsville.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Benny Puckette of Adairsville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Theresa Holcomb and Mitchell and Kathleen Holcomb -- all of California; several aunts and cousins also survive.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 8, at 4 p.m. from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Minister Tom Ewing officiating. Private burial was Monday, March 26, at Puckette Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 3 to 4 p.m. at Barton Funeral Home.
