* Lester Kent Finley, 42, of 15 Camden Woods Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to maintain lane, expired vehicle tag, leaving the scene of an accident and DUI.
* Markeith Deangelo Lucious, 26, of 144 N. Erwin St., Apt. 102, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation.
