Through a pair of events next weekend, Red Top Mountain State Park will invite history buffs to turn back the clock to the 1800s. While Springtime at the Homestead will be under way at the Cartersville venue on April 21 and 22, the 150th anniversary of The Great Locomotive Chase will be highlighted at Allatoona Pass from 10 a.m. to noon.
