Career academy seeks businesses' input

The Needs Assessment Committee of the Bartow County College and Career Academy will be sending out a survey to local business and industry this week to gather input on the areas in which they would like to become involved with the academy as well as their need for employment and future business.

"I think [the survey] will be the most beneficial workforce needs-assessment report that we've had in this county in a long time," said Needs Assessment Committee Chairperson Melinda Lemmon.
