Georgia State Patrol Public Information Officer Gordy Wright said that troopers were called to the crash scene at 5:22 a.m. at the intersection of Ga. Highway 113 and Picklesimer Road. Initial indication was that a Nissan Altima pulled from Picklesimer and into the path of a Suzuki motorcycle traveling on Ga. Highway 113. The motorcycle struck the Nissan and the cycle's driver was ejected into the roadway. An oncoming Ford Explorer then hit the motorcyclist, fatally wounding 24-year-old William McCullar from Moultrie. The investigation is continuing and no charges have been filed at this time.
