Fae was born on Nov. 6, 1916, the daughter of the late Charles M. and Annie Capehart Reed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel F. Brackett Jr., and daughter, Patricia Brackett Dendy.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Wanda Carlock of Rocky Face and Carolyn and Gene Coulter of Punta Gorda, Fla.; a son, Charles Brackett of Andrews, N.C.; sister, Sybil Tate of Rocky Face; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Bobbie Reed of St. Johns, Mich.; grandchildren, Cheryl and Alan Nuckolls of Rocky Face, Mark and Jan Carlock of Opelika, Ala., Audrey and Jay Grabowski of Glasgow, Ky., Steven and Sandra Dendy of Andalusia, Ala., Clark Coulter and Angie Bellairs of Spring Hill, Fla., Eric and Chris Coulter of Land O' Lakes, Fla., Zachary and Sonja Brackett of Gainesville; great-grandchildren, Andrew Nuckolls, Kaci Carlock, Shane Newsome, Hunter Pennington, Nathan Grabowski, Ashley Grabowski, Hunter Dendy, Emily Dendy, Tatum Dendy, Jordan Brackett and Delaney Coulter; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held, Thursday, May 3, at 10 a.m. at Dunnagan Cemetery with Rev. Mark Carlock officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home Wednesday, May 2, from 5 to 8 p.m.
