A few times a year the Frank Moore Administration and Judicial Center buzzes with life and full parking lots as Superior Court is in session with cases in both the criminal and civil arenas. Those same weeks, the clerk of court's office works with citizens randomly selected for the jury lists. When the bustle stops, though, the office and employees continue through the motions of duties delegated to the clerk's department.
