* Otis Gregory Burnett, 36, of 7033 Mountain Ridge, Acworth, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.
* Ricky Allen Clark, 41, of 1496 Highway 411, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.
* William Lee Clark, 29, of 37 Sentry Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with drugs to be kept in original container.
* Kimberly Dea Collins, 53, of 8 Wayne Ave., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with drugs to be kept in original container and DUI.
* Steve D. Cooper Jr., 33, of 14 Penny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for U.S. Army Deserter Department of Defense.

* Terri Lynn Harris, 27, of 19 Mull St., Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with bondsman-off bond and a probate court bench warrant for failure to appear.
* Gregory Damon Hyde, 22, of 6044 Highway 140, Adairsville, was arrested by another agency and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, state probation violation, driving while tag is suspended, driving with suspended or revoked driver's license and aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act.
