* Thomas McCord Bell, 40, of 40 Weems Spur, Cartersville, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.
* Welch Delano Brown, 46, of 209 Roth Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and boarded at the jail for Cartersville police.
* Randy Dewayne Cantrell, 40, of 105 S. Cass St., Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and was charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act and three counts of cruelty to children.
* Crystal Joy Coleman, 22, of 6739 Vaughn Road, Fayetteville, N.C., was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, brake lights and turn signals required and theft by receiving stolen property.
* David Anthony Dupree, 29, of 70 Woodland Road, Cartersville, was arrested by another agency and charged with bondsman-off bond.
* Brandon Daniel Dymond, 22, of 162 Dye Road, Rockmart, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Lou Emma Hale, 45, of 2850 Delk Road, Apt. 49 E, Marietta, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple battery (F.V.A.) and impeding traffic flow.
* John Patrick Hamilton, 44, of 2101 High St., Rome, reported to the jail and was charged with failure to drive within a single lane and DUI.
* Adam Micheal Kuhn, 34, of 3908 Glenbrook Drive, Powder Springs, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.
* Lillian Eugene Lowe, 43, homeless, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.
* Kendra Alexis Milner, 24, of 7 Dove Trail, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with probation violation, criminal trespass and two counts simple battery (F.V.A.).
* Eddie Junior Moore, 40, of 2108 E. 13th St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.
* Kenyon Demario Reynolds, 37, of 1820 Lost Cavern Court, Conyers, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of arms by convicted felons.
* Craig Creston Tew, 19, of 94 Barrington Place, Marietta, was arrested and charged with three counts theft by taking.
* Gary Anthony Turner, 36, of 148 Davis Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.
* Timothy Michael Vanhoose, 33, of 19 Roberts Way, Acworth, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with tires, DUI, two counts serious injury by vehicle, following too closely and homicide by vehicle.

* Jeffrey Scott Gayton, 27, of 10 Allatoona Woods Trail, Acworth, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
* Kelly Elizabeth Phillips, 46, of 4521 Carver Landing Road, Acworth, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Cobb County Sheriff's Office.
* Timothy Jack Wilson, 48, of 507 Sciple St., Rockmart, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
