* Luis Avila Alberto, 29, of 25 Brookside Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.
* Samuel Clifford Amos, 45, of 279 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and was charged with probation violation.
* Blake Anthony Bishop, 35, of 5040 N. Jimmy Drive, Rocky Face, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail for Emerson police.
* Cristobal Hernandez Chacon, 23, of 500 Center Ave., Tennessee, reported to the jail and was charged with a probate court sentence.
* Steven Alexander Chambers, 49, of 632 Center Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with four counts of forgery in the second degree, theft by taking and probation violation.
* Troy Atkins Cornett III, 52, of 440 MacJohnson Road N.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act.
* Adam Mark Dipenti, 33, of 62 Fouche Drive S.W., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with brake lights and turn signals required, driving under the influence and adult restraint law.
* Lane Alan Gann, 47, of 4215 Hall St. Lot 58, Acworth, was arrested and charged with pedestrian darting in/out of traffic and possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.
* Timothy Hyman Gatewood, 30, of 411 Oak Ridge Drive S.E., Cartersville, was transported by a state bus back for court.
* James Huburt Post, 26, of 10 Lee Road S.E., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of schedule II, drugs to be kept in original container and turn signal requirement.
* Tasha Lee Quinn, 30, of 10 Billies Cove, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with two counts of drugs to be kept in original container, possession of schedule II with intent and possession of schedule IV with intent.
* Kinney Randall Stevenson, 43, of 11 Trace Trails, Dallas, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving with license withdrawn and passing in a no-passing zone.
* William Andrew Taylor, 18, of 72 Valley Trail, Acworth, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.
* Nathan Dean Vineyard, 23, of 5778 Salem Terrace, Acworth, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
* Melanie Dawn Watford, 46, of 104 Oak Hollow Road, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail for Emerson police.

* Frank Christopher Cudd, 34, of 3437 Kingston Highway, Rome, was arrested and charged with two counts of financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud and three counts of entering an auto or other vehicle with intent of felony.
* Chrystal Tabatha Kelsoe, 30, of 110 Porter St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
* Joshua Dewey Lang, 33, of 192 Cliff Nelson Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
