The five qualified candidates took the stage Tuesday evening at The Grand Theatre drawing a noticeably slimmer crowd for the last scheduled question-and-answer session.
Questions asked of those vying for the county's highest office touched on the topics of economic development, the proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, public safety and budgeting.
With previous debates bringing similar answers on several questions and a consensus between the candidates on certain issues, Tuesday's event opened with a question to separate the candidates.
