A noisy party caused an anonymous neighbor to call for deputies early Saturday morning where a yard littered with beer cans and several vehicles in the driveway greeted the responding officer, who was told people were fighting and at least one person said they were "going to get a gun."

When the deputy knocked on the door to the residence, a man identifying himself only as "Paul" opened the door, refusing to exit or allow the deputy inside. "Paul" denied knowing whose vehicles were in his yard and claimed ownership to all of the beer cans. He also denied knowing a gentleman who was passed out in the bed of a pick-up truck in the driveway.

The unconscious subject was awakened and told the deputy that he was "hanging out with" his friend and "approximately 20 other people" and denied knowing anything about a fight. The man was identified as being under 21 and was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.

"Paul" was arrested and charged with maintaining a disorderly house.

Juveniles detained after fight

Three juvenile girls were ordered to be detained after one female and a witness shared the same story: a female victim was dragged from her friend's vehicle by four girls who began to kick and hit her Friday just after 2 a.m.

Two of the suspects were identified as sisters and three of the four were located and detained per the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the victim's phone was returned to her.
