• Demaurio Tremayne Barton, 33, of 106 E. Howard St., Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police and was charged with probation violation and obstruction of an officer.
• Robert George Brady, 55, of 231 Old Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
• Franklin Steven Burnley, 37, of 308 Pine St., Rockmart, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
• James Kyle Clark, 34, of 49 North Ave., Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Polk County.
• Freddie Eugene Duhe Jr., 28, 19-A Grandview Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act and criminal damage to property (F.V.A.).
• Steven Mitchell Dutton, 43, of 1283 Hall Station Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.
• Michael Shane Fields, 40, of 67 Country Creek, White, was arrested and charged with failure to drive within a single lane and driving under the influence.
• Steven Scott Finkle, 58, of 83 Fourth St., Troy, N.Y., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and was charged with adult restraint law and possession of marijuana.
• Shelia Black Fowler, 52, of 283 Hendricks Road, Rydal, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and was charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
• Derrick Devion Johnson, 26, of 2203 Southern St., Rome, reported to Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.
• Donald Clay Johnson Jr., 21, of 26 Herring St., Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with bondsman-off bond.
• Kristy Dawn Ledford, 27, of 11 Kimsey Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV drugs and drugs to be kept in original container.
• Michael Edward Mead, 51, of 5359 Goovers Landing Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Corey Lee Redd, 20, of 124 Elm St., Adairsville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant and charged with bondsman-off bond.
• Jerome Cregory Scott, 46, of 25 Habersham Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of child support.
• Jackie Lynn Stringer, 34, of 2293 West Village Lane, Smyrna, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
