Georgia and Georgia Tech football fans could have a lot to cheer about this fall if they stay healthy and the question marks about their play is answered in a positive way.

That seemed to be the consensus of sports forecasters speaking in Cartersville on Thursday. Those sports experts include Tony Barnhart, known as "Mr. College Football," and the author of "Southern Fried Football," Wes Durham, sportscaster for the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Atlanta Falcons; Scott Howard, sportscaster for the Georgia Bulldogs; and Loran Smith with the University of Georgia.

The four made their comments during a round-table discussion at the Etowah Scholarship Foundation's fourth annual Tailgate for a Cause.
