It takes resolve — and a short memory — to emerge from the sort of season Adairsville experienced in 2010, but the Lady Tigers did just that last year, giving coach Jessica Rivers Schumaker her first win — in Year 2 — during a volleyball season where the team ended up with six victories.
Though Adairsville also wound up with 17 defeats, it’s hard not to count the 2011 season as a success for the budding program. The Lady Tigers endeavor to build upon the foundation laid last year.
