• Madison Gail Ballard, 20, of 317 Cass-Pine Log Road, White, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Mark DeWayne Brock, 47, of 32 Carnes Road, Lot 3, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, open container in vehicle and endangerment of child under 14.

• Jamie Lynn Burks, 49, of 2297 Cerene Drive, Marietta, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended.

• Jose Oscar Carargo, 23, of 40 Carnes Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

• John Franklin Carlisle, 50, of 57 Eagle Lake Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence and open container in vehicle.

• Tanya Lee Carroll, 35, of 207 Hensley Road, Lot 8, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police on an agency assist for Summerville police.

• April Dawn Combes, 26, of 121 Rowland Springs Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn and adult restraint law.

• Jeffery Paul Cothran, 46, of 3723 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on an agency assist for Polk County.

• David Wayne Elrod, 55, of 401 Law Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

• Princeton Marquis Epps, 25, of 4605 N. Sherman, Milwaukee, Wis., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding.

• Ismael Garcia, 34, of 7 Hill St., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without license.

• David Joseph Hartley, 46, of 295 Sunnyside Path, Dallas, was arrested on an agency assist for Heard County.

• Ronald Benjamin Henderson, 27, of 2 Crossfield Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license.

• Catalina Jimenez, 35, of 123 Nicole Circle, Rockmart, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

• Timothy Bruce Johnson, 31, of 1880 Highway 113, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving in violation of limited permit.

• Joey Hayden Lee, 34, of 1400 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Room 306, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal trespass (F.V.A.), battery (F.V.A.) and aggravated assault (F.V.A.).

• James Kevin Lewis, 23, of 1815 Aqueduct Drive, Florissant, Mo., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with speeding and driving while unlicensed.

• Matthew Keith Lindsey, 32, of 60 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence and driving without license on person.

• Russell Stewart Liscomb, 43, of 18 Shagbark Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence and open container in vehicle.

• Jacob Scott Madison, 26, of 520 Martin Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Joseph Frederic Martin, 28, of 22 Sutton Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• George Edward Mefford, 47, of 13 Richard Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

• Jessica Castillo Mendiola, 21, of 155 Popham Drive, Taylorsville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without license.

• Gregory Allen Morris, 30, of 268 Old Old Alabama Road, Emerson, was arrested by Emerson police and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

• Angelica Eva Pineda, 35, of 110 Elizabeth St., Cedartown, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

• Freddie Douglas Ponder, 43, of 32 Carnes Road, Lot 13, Cartersville was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license suspended.

• Kahdijay Shontae Poole, 18, of 204 E. Felton Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with bondsman-off bond.

• Darnell Robinson, 36, of 1028 Rosewood Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by taking.

• Garrett Madison Shaw, 26, of 46 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence and endangerment of child under 14.

• Russell William Stevens, 28, of 27 Simmons Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

• Beverly Cheeks Woods, 51, of 14 Greemont Court, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license suspended.

Sept. 4

• Dustin Tyler Dover, 20, of 12 Postelle St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery (F.V.A.).

• Jacob Daniel Kirkland, 22, of 1068 Merchants Court, Dallas, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• William Mark Large, 55, of 7128 Needlepoint Ridge S.E., Acworth, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive within single lane.

• Rene Ramirez, 35, of 409 Reed St., Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
