Oct. 1

• Taylor James Ammons, 22, of 5 Debar Circle, Cartersville, reported to the jail as a return awaiting Paulding County police.

• Joshua Cody Barrett, 26, of 12 Setters Point, Euharlee, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Randy DeWayne Cantrell, 40, of 105 S. Cass St., Adairsville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Robert Carter Jr., 48, of 12 Goodyear Ave., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer.

• Adam Lewis Clay, 32, of 7287 Glade Road, Acworth, reported to the jail and was charged with simple battery (F.V.A.).

• Linwood Earl Cox, 34, of 125 Carter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Sarah Ann Edwards, 17, of 502 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking (F.V.A.), simple battery (F.V.A.) and interference with 911 call.

• Bryan Marquez, 20, of 21 Fairfield Lane, Kingston, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with state probation violation.

• Johnny George Morris, 54, of 26 Azela Drive, Cartersville, reported to the jail on a probate court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Bruno Salvador Portillo, 32, of 2523 Gwinn Road, Norcross, reported to the jail to serve 48 hours.

• Kenneth William Reeves, 26, of 1990 Bell View Road, Rockmart, was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud.

• Andrae Christopher Smith, 36, of 390 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with a superior court sentence.

• Michael Casey Tucker, 32, of 267 Hardin Bridge Road, Lot 3, Kingston, was arrested and charged with battery (F.V.A.).

Oct. 2

• Paul Larry Bell, 69, of 21 Penny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts (F.V.A.) and criminal trespass (F.V.A.).

• Charles Edwards Flint, 52, of 17 Mull St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Mary Beatrice Flint, 57, of 17 Mull St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Randy Gene Hubbard, 55, of 375 County Road 796, Gaylesville, Ala., was arrested on an agency assist for Floyd County.

• Derrick Douglas Jenkins, 25, of 4526 Ward Circle, Acworth, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
