Mr. Webb was born in Cobb County on June 17, 1963, the son of the late Thomas Grady Webb Sr. and Isabel Blackwell Webb. Mr. Webb was known as a person with a big heart.
Survivors include his fiancee, Sharon Whitman; children, Nicholas Paul Webb, Frank Smith, Kandice Marks, Kevin Smith and Kelly Smith; 12 grandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends Monday, Oct. 15, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home.
