• Robert Michael Brookshire Jr., 31, of 3755 Third Army Road, Acworth, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and loitering.
• Warren Brown, 40, of 327 E. Julie Ave., Cedartown, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Nathan Michael Goswick, 36, of 380 Tennessee St., Fairmount, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
• Joshua Kyle Hale, 35, of 29 Sioux Road N.E., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Rachael Lee Harris, 41, of 905 N. Tennessee St., Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with contempt of court drug court sanction.
• John Scott Henderson, 28, of 41 Indian Hills Drive, Rydal, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.
• Kathryn Jolyn Hollifield, 25, of 70 Gilliam Crossing, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
• Richard Allen Jacobs, 54, of 2875 Cedar Mill Crossing, Acworth, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license.
• Craig Andrew Jordan, 42, of 87 Monroe Crossing S.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act and criminal trespass (FVA).
• Alexander Michael Kanocz, 20, of 26 Aspen Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to appear.
• Brandon Garrett Lancaster, 23, of 31 Lois Road S.W., Euharlee, reported to another agency to serve a probate court sentence.
• Randy Long, 55, of 403-A Johnson St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery (FVA), interference with a 911 call and criminal trespass.
• Dana Nicole Proctor, 33, of 29 Sioux Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Billy Lee Shinn, 30, of 1373 Harmony Grove Church, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Fulton County.

• Ronny Larry Brawner, 48, of 924 Tennessee St., Apt. D, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule IV and prowling.
• William Harold Brumit, 55, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.
• Alexander Troy Casper, 22, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Joshua Allen Estock, 21, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
• Hoyt Edward Graves, 66, of 4653 Anns Trace, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.
• Johnny Matthew Gravley, 24, of 191 Old River Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve 48 hours.
