• Benjamin Charles Baker, 29, of 809 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Krisha Lyne Barrett, 34, of 216 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with first-degree forgery, fourth-degree forgery and theft by taking.

• Jeffery Allen Cagle, 32, of 162 Aztec Way, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Rebecca Leigh Ellenburg, 18, of 150 Greatwood Drive, White, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Marty Jay Estes, 25, of 102 King Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Tiffany Nicole Greene, 22, of 102 King Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of meth and bondsman off bond.

• Marcus James Hobgood, 43, of 306 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with contempt of court child support.

• George Elvin Johnson, 24, of 3373 Hogan Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of schedule IV and drugs to be kept in original container.

• Jennifer Colleen McCrory, 29, of 105 Dean St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with failure to drive within a single lane and driving while license withdrawn.

• David Brandon Merritt, 29, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with state probation violation.

• Casey Lee Mosley, 23, of 102 King Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of meth.

• Joseph Lee Nation, 27, of 1801 Cassville Road, No. C, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of meth.

• Ashley Nicole Nipper, 21, of 4505 Camp Place, Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of meth.

• Derrick Cody Patterson, 22, of 66 Old Tennessee Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with failure to drive within a single lane and driving under the influence.

• Susan Elizabeth Quave, 47, of 376 Old Mill Road, Apt. 61, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with two counts of forgery in the first degree.

• John Edward Schmidt, 51, of 75 Amanda Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Robert Douglas Smith, 47, of 181 Stoner Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation and giving false information or false name.

• Scottie Lee Tuck, 22, of 4215 Hall St. S.E., Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of meth.

• Benjamin Joseph Williams, 43, of 104 Euharlee Five Forks, Kingston, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with nine counts of child molestation, aggravated child molestation and criminal attempt to commit child molestation.

• Brandy Ray Williams, 33, of 4569 Ward Circle, Acworth, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license and adult restraint law seat belt.

• Robert Bryski, 53, of 56 Buena Vista Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).

• Ray Field Dukes, 44, of 21 Clover Drive, Euharlee, was arrested and charged with bail jumping generally.
