• Brittney Dawn Delnero, 24, of 115 N. Mountain Brooke Drive, Shannon, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Kayla Nicole Garnigan, 22, of 95 Oak Hill Drive, White, reported to the jail and was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Malik Isaiah Goggins, 17, of 534 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with burglary.

• India Kaye Gravley, 26, of 191 Old River Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking — motor vehicle.

• Jerald Lamont Harvey Jr., 18, of 3253 N. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• James Andrew Henderson, 30, of 131 Etowah Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with driving under the influence, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana by ingestion.

• Huey Brian Lewis, 48, of 11 Cedar Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Ricky Howard Mann II, 33, of 2183 Euharlee Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Brandon Paul Pittman, 26, of 5590 Highway 20, Room 3211, Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Floyd County.

• Mario Velasquez Ramirez, 34, of 650 Slusser Ave., Cedartown, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on an agency assist for ICE.

• Judy Annette Rivers, 44, of 905 N. Tennessee St., Apt. 20, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Dawn Michelle Rollins, 41, of 981 Brookshire Road N.E., Ranger, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, drug-related objects and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Casey Lee Shirley, 26, of 1181 Tay-Mac Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Nathanael Howard Strickland, 25, of 612 Shenandoah Drive, Calhoun, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer.

• Kevin David Towler, 36, of Riceville, Tenn., reported to the jail and was charged with state probation violation.

• James Euell Turley, 33, of 5 Lionel Road, Rome, was arrested and charged with probation violation and contempt of court child support.

• Milton Ortiz Valentin, 46, of 366 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Karen Elizabeth Veliz, 22, of 366 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Hubert Bernard Wilburn, 30, of 6210 David’s Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended or revoked license.

• Priscilla Robinson Wiley, 50, of 105 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

June 6

• Sheri Lynn Bowman, 45, of 15-B Centre Lane N.W., Cartersville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

• Randall Thomas Dussault, 31, of 32 Colleen Karen Road S.W., Euharlee, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded for White police.

• Dennis Edwards, 36, of 5742 Glade Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• James David House, 44, of 924 Cedar Creek Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with obstruction of an officer, possession of false ID with government logo, forgery in the second degree, driving while license withdrawn, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, possession of vehicle where identification has been altered, false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state, open container in vehicle, tires, possession and use of ID without consent and removing or affixing plate to conceal vehicle ID.

• Brandon Dean Tosh, 38, of 100 Bruce St., Apt. 3, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.
