April 8

• Amberly Michelle Black, 32, of 175 Martin Loop, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Mark Dewayne Brock, 49, of 31 Carnes Road, Lot 3, Cartersville, was arrested by White police and boarded at the jail.

• Gabriel Benjamin Gutierrez, 27, of 5390 King Camp Road, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Anthony Lee Harris, 26, of 19 Dogwood Place, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with state probation violation.

• Dale Lamonica Little, 44, of 217 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with driving under the influence; possession, manufacturer, distribution of drugs in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act; drugs to be kept in original container; and possession of drug-related object.

• Gary Franklin Moore, 38, of 278 Mac Johnson Road, Lot 1, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act, criminal trespass (FVA) and violation of family violence order.

• Jonathan Russell Nelson, 31, of 351 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested by a parole officer and charged with parole violation.

• Joseph Bradley Payne, 27, of 615 Hall Station Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with giving false information or false name.

• Julianne Marlene Payne, 27, of 615 Hall Station Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Joseph Michael Pugachow, 29, of 34 Old MacKaskey Creek Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking (FVA).

• Robert Hadley Sanford, 31, of 214 Amber Trace, Dallas, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. of drugs in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and obtaining or attempt to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud.

• Chad Nicholas Cook, 34, of 1971 Toonigh Road, Canton, was arrested and charged with brake lights violation, DUI and improper signal.
