The driver, Victor Rodriguezaldaco, allegedly gave police the permission to search the vehicle. In the backseat floorboard were a syringe and a silver spoon that showed signs of being heated. It had a white crusted residue still on the spoon, which was later identified as heroin.
After being processed at the Cartersville Police Department, both Mora and Rodriguezaldaco consented to a urine sample. The test, according to the police report, showed positive results for heroin and the two men were charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin by ingestion.
Thousands of dollars worth of weapons missing
A complainant arrived at the Bartow County Sheriff’s department to report $11,400 worth of weapons were taken from his home. According to the incident report, the man was away from his home at the time and is uncertain who could have taken the items.

Traffic on the scanner indicated an accident involving a car and motorcycle caused Glade Road to be closed for 35 minutes on Saturday. The 60-year-old motorcycle driver was conscious and alert following the collision but could not move his left leg. The Bartow County Fire Department confirmed the man sustained a hip injury but was in stable condition when he was transported to Cartersville Medical Center.
