April 24

• Thomas Shane Ashe, 40, of 161 Simpson Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of contempt of court child support.

• Cody Wayne Bennett, 19, of 195 Burnt Hickory Road S.E., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with bondsman off bond.

• Alex Shane Bowes, 20, of 57 Parkwood Circle, Rome, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Corey Anthony Bullock, 23, of 134 Leake St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and too fast for conditions.

• Jessica Caban, 34, of 263 Mac Johnson Road, No. 45, Cartersville, was arrested and boarded at the jail.

• Amanda Leigh Cook, 29, of 10 Garrison St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with bondsman off bond.

• Jeremy Caleb Fricks, 17, of 181 Moore Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Cheryl Alisha Graves, 27, of 119 Summitt St., Cartersville was arrested and returned for court.

• Cody Glen Huff, 19, of Old Summerfield, Rome, was arrested and charged with statutory rape.

• Starla Marie Jobgen, 34, of 100 Brandon Farm Road, Lot 7, Taylorsville, was arrested for contempt of juvenile court.

• Christopher Tyrone Kelley, 34, of 68 Gilreath Road, Cartersville, reported to jail to serve a sentence.

• Gregory Todd Knox, 21, of 2004 Maryknoll Place, Springfield, Ill., was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with two counts of misdemeanor obstruction of an officer, possession of a drug-related object and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• David Junior Ledford, 55, of 129 W. Spring Pine Lane, White, was arrested by White police and charged with terroristic threats and acts.

• Savannah Nicole Lee, 17, of 366 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Gavin Marshall McCain, 19, of 15 Fawn View, Euharlee, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Michael Shane McClure, 43, of 2428 Highway 140, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes criminal attempt.

• Calvin Leon Ray, 70, of Box 169, Rydal, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Calvin Leon Ray Jr., 33, of 169 Sugar Hill Road, Rydal, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Melanie Dixon Rogers, 51, of 251 Hardwood Court, Adairsville, reported to jail and was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in a single lane.

• Phillip Shane Ross, 41, of 489 Center Road, Cartersville, was arrested and boarded at the jail.

• Mark Christopher Smalls, 25, of 1021 Plantation Way, Kennesaw, reported to jail and was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of an officer and violation of a family violence order.

• Michael Anthony Smith, 43, of 168B Two Run Crossing, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Jose Fuentes Vasquez, 41, of 17 E. Porter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville Police and charged with two counts of third-degree cruelty to children and battery (FVA).

April 25

• Mark Nicholas Ciuros, 54, of 312 Bartow St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

• William Eugene Lamb III, of 92 East Church St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with state probation violations

• Aaron Philip Racine, 24, of 3935 White Oak Lane S.W., Lilburn, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Christopher Andrew Wood, 35, of 512 Castle Road, Liberty, S.C., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to stop for a stop sign; failure to obey a traffic control device; driving under the influence; speeding 115 in a 45; reckless driving; attempting to elude a police officer; theft by taking of stolen property; and failure to drive in a single lane.
