April 25

• Dennis John Abernathy, 50, of 25 Redcomb Drive, Apt. D, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was boarded for Cartersville police.

• Lucas James Colpitts, 17, of 2902 Stradford Lane, Blacksburg, Va., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding 73 in a 55.

• Ashley Jean Davenport, 28, of 271 Wilderness Camp Road, White, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Natalie Jill Davis, 49, of 148 4th St., Emerson, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Samuel Scott Fountain, 18, of 32 Wesley Trace, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Miguel Angel Garcia, 24, of 370 Pleasant Valley Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail to serve a probate sentence.

• Jose Luis Gonzalez, 38, of 83 Planters Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession of drug-related object.

• Arthur Lee Johnson, 28, of 11 Lusk Ave., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

• Bessie May Lowe, 25, of 40 Saddle Club Drive, Lot 29, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court for child support.

• Hughlon Ray Matthews III, 38, of 275 Trimble Hollow Road, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Deborah Renee Murphy, 54, of 3700 N. Henry Blvd., Stockbridge, was arrested and charged with failure to yield entering roadway, possession of meth, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, driving while license is withdrawn and drug-related objects.

• James Michael Smith, 49, of 1220 Mount Alto, Rome was arrested and charged with battery and simple battery.

• Douglas Junior Stiles, 23, of 25 Gilreath Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a drug court sanction.

April 26

• John Andrew Atkinson, 32, of 23 Serena St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of meth, possession of drug-related object and state probation violation.

• Angela Dawn Blalock, 48, of 29 Camden Woods Trail, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence.

• Billy Carter, 57, of 88 Jewell Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probation sentence.

• Bobby Daniel Collins, 32, of 34 Seminole Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license is withdrawn and obstruction of an officer for fleeing a trooper on foot.

• Armando Diaz, 31, of 92 Erwin St., Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Rock Thomas Houston, 29, of 208 Ruskin Road, Peachtree City, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with state probation violation.

• Taylor Jean Hunter, 20, of 88 Point Place, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive within a single lane, open container in vehicle and possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Mike Pham, 25, of 481 Northolt Parkway, Suwanee, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and speeding 74 in a 55.

• Phoenix Westin Sanders, 21, of 4002 Pat Mell Place, Smyrna, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Goeffrey Richard Tierney, 22, of 43 Jackson Drive, Cartersville, was arrested on an agency assist for Calhoun police.

• Demarcus Rashod Windom, 20, of 18 Wakefield Place, Rome, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.
