Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2010, at Mack Eppinger's Funeral Home.
Paulette was born Nov. 16, 1953, in Cartersville to Deacon General McClendon and the late Margie Ruth Moore McClendon. She was educated in the Bartow County School System and was a 1974 graduate of Cass High School. She joined the Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age and continued to worship there until her homegoing.
Paulette worked at Shaw Industries for 16 years until her health failed. She enjoyed drawing, gardening, both indoors and out, and being around family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her smile and loving personality, her husband, Cecil Bannister; daughter, Latisha Sellers (Joshua); granddaughter Aubrey Sellers; stepchildren, Armecia and Cecil Bannister Jr.; step-grandchildren, Aliyah Sellers and Shamar, Travonte, Shantele, and Chaundale Bannister; siblings, Geneva Cooper(Rufus), Jessie McClendon (Janice), Frederick McClendon(Marty), Bonnette McClendon, Michael McClendon (Vanessa), Danny Ray McClendon and Rochelle Ellis (Jeffery) nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
