Heather was born Jan. 13, 1975, in Denver, Colo., daughter of Virginia Lundcok Cowan and the late Harvey Cowan. She was a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include her mother, Virginia Cowan; and a sister; JoAnn Brockleman.
A visitation and memorial service will be conducted Saturday, June 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home with Bishop Walentine to officiate.
