* Sherry Phillips Brewster, 48, of 1516 Fish Hatchery Road, Summerville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.
* Jimar Antoin Brown, 27, of 30 Ohio St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple assault (FVA).

* Douglas Maurice Evans, 18, of 4185 Etowah Drive, Acworth, was boarded for Cartersville police on a probation violation charge.
* Howard William Gibson, 21, of 3300 Rich Crest Drive, Smyrna, was arrested on an agency assist -- Cobb County Sheriff's Office.
* Jeremy Randall Helms, 29, of 6635 Glade Road SE, Acworth, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA).
* Mark Randall Helms, 48, of 6635 Glade Road SE, Acworth, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).

* Drew Douglas Collins, 28, of 225 Keith Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police assisting the Cobb County Sheriff's Office.
* Kristopher Nicholas Ezzell, 19, of 17 Kristen Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.
* Lawrence Charles Johnson, 33, of 1231 Spring Lake Drive, Smyrna, was arrested and charged with simple battery, giving false information or name, criminal trespass, making terroristic threats and acts, aggravated battery under the FVA, three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, simple battery under the FVA and criminal trespass under the FVA.
* Ruben Toribio, 27, of 263 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Justin Craig Williams, 22, of 508 Winfield Drive NW, Dalton, was arrested by the Georgia state Patrol and charged with speeding (104 in a 70 mph zone) , failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first offense).
