* Lauren Taylor Barber, 20, of 2679 Carinault Way, Acworth, was arrested by the Department of Natural Resources and charged with operating personal water craft without a PFD and boating under the influence.
* Cody Jackson Cargile, 18, of 3-B Patterson Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA).
* Jerardo Espinoza, 36, of 512 Jasmine Lane, Alpharetta, was arrested by Emerson police on traffic charges and boarded at the jail.
* Huey Brian Lewis, 46, of 11 Cedar Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with DUI.
* Demetrius Dwayne Metcalf, 23, of 2620 Pierce Brennon Court, Lawrenceville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.
* John Paul Morgan, 57, of 28 Quail Ridge Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
* Brandi Nichole Mullins, 21, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Benigno Patino Rodriguez, 36, of 47 Oxford Drive, Marietta, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
* Shaun Sebastian Smith, 28, of 400 Branham Ave., Rome, reported to the jail to serve a superior court sentence.

* Christine Theresa Hollander, 22, of 208 Farmington Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with two counts of simple battery, criminal trespass and battery (FVA).
* Kris Moe Kostreba, 27, of 12 Morgan Ave., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with failure to drive within a single lane and DUI.
* Jared Michael Orr, 22, of 3618 Cypress Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with false report of a crime.
